These are a few pieces I did during the two week ‘transition period’ between when my old computer died and the new one arrived. Some of them were done on my wife’s laptop (a tricky proposition, especially with a color illustration, as it is hard to judge values on the laptop screen), and some were done half on the laptop and half on the new machine. The illustration above and directly below were fiction pieces for River Styx, below that is a fiction piece for Alfred Hitchcock, and at the bottom, the color illustration was for US Catholic.
And speaking of Alfred Hitchcock’s Mystery Magazine; I’ve been doing illustrations for this publication since 1989, and I am looking for back issues from the years 1989-1998 in which my artwork has appeared. If you happen to have copies in your attic gathering dust, drop me an email, and I’d be happy to make an offer on them.
