Records are a little spotty for this assignment, but I can only assume that this was a batch of illustrations meant to supplement an existing book that I had worked on back in 1998, and was being reprinted (I had done several of the “Time and Money” titles the previous year for various grades). This batch was a set of 16 illustrations, and later in the month I had another group of about 45 illustrations for a similar project. This is the first time since publication that I have shared these illustrations (writing this in 2018).
