Had a new client call up this week with a cover illustration due at the end of the week. The Weekly Standard, a political editorial magazine needed an image of a scenario for the upcoming election. (you can click on the image above to see a more detailed version) I’m always interested to hear how new clients hear of me, and this was a call that was prompted by a postcard I had sent out earlier in the year (link here), which has been one of my more successful postcard mailings with regards to new clients generated.

I also had another ‘blog illustration’ for an ongoing project I’ve been involved with this fall, and I finished off the week with another Wall Street Journal spot illustration (pictured below).
